Why your office lights are driving your coworkers 'vampire' crazy.

It's like getting it right in the eyes — I'm a vampire, I live in a cave. She's going to have a conversation with the person who owns that lamp. But what are you hearing back? What pushback are you receiving from people who don't want to use the lights as they currently are?
