Does a budget-driven project hide design flaws from clients?

These are one of those things where the budget drove the situation and the client didn't necessarily pick up on it. The trained eye knew, but you don't want to highlight those things — because you had to deliver a project, and if the client is happy, you're not going to point out everything you can see and pick out.

We did right by the client by getting them in on time and on budget, and that was one of the things that happened.
