Where we have task lighting, it's a little more direct, but it's something that allows you to be productive without making you feel like you're in a factory.

For so many years we were confined to 2×2 fluorescents in office spaces — and the project I just referenced was done probably 17 or 18 years ago. Looking at where we are today, we've come such a long way, because we've really been able to think about light in an indirect manner rather than just having it bear down on you as you hover over a desk.
