Every schedule we have is always too short — always. So we have to focus on getting a design sold, an aesthetic sold. These conversations we frankly just don't have time for, more often than not. Unless the client is super savvy and has allotted enough time for their project — and at that point, they're more than likely a building owner rather than a tenant rolling through a space quickly.

So I think the time factor in our design schedules is what is driving a lot of this — something I probably haven't vocalized before, but that really is it.
