Why you should keep designers involved throughout the build process.

What I like to talk about — what you're describing with a design-build project — is having the designers in the loop as you're building the space out, so you can go back and work with them to figure out: how can we make this space even better? Is there an opportunity to incorporate higher-quality lighting to support the metrics that we know will pay off over time, or even over a short period of time?

And in the case of what we were showing earlier with Troy, I have to say that really illustrates the point.
