Why lighting costs spiral out of control.

It's a closed curtain. We just don't get it. And that's one of the reasons why it's a difficult conversation — we have to go blindly back and say, "How can we get the number down?"

It's a difficult thing when we don't control the reins with a lighting specification package that is agnostic of a distributor. It's difficult for us to have visibility into where and how those things get cut. So it's hard to actually answer the question of when this comes up and how we have to defend it.
