Is the 'Human Revolution' the secret to corporate profit?

What I really see happening in the Netherlands is that employers are starting to take on more responsibility for genuinely caring for their employees. We have a concept there called the menselijke revolutie — the human revolution, as opposed to the industrial revolution.

The idea is that human-focused companies make more money, have less absenteeism, and simply generate more profit.
