Are you using your lights correctly? The science of Human-Centric Lighting explained.

How is the science you're trying to share with customers actually being adopted? And how do you inform them that this is how they really should be using these lights?

That's a really good question, because I think that's also where most of the improvements have been made. The first part of my research focused on: where do we need to receive light on our retina? How much light do we need to receive on the retina? What spectrum do we need, and at what time? So I followed the human-centric lighting specifications for that.
