I want to inspire people to think: if you want to do something, if you want to make a difference, you just have to really have faith in your ability and in the investment you need to make up front before any fruit shows.

Before any fruit shows — even way before any fruit shows. When I think of my career in general, if I stopped every time I thought, "What is here right now for me?" If I was working just for today, or the satisfaction of whatever that end of day brought, I think so many people would just shut some things down.
